This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit pabloangelveliz.com, why, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Pablo Angel Veliz, based in Argentina.

What data is collected
Data you give me directly
- Contact form: name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message (optional).
- Call booking: when you book a call through Google Calendar, Google collects your first name, last name, email address and your answer to the booking question (a brief description of your inquiry), and shares them with me to schedule and prepare the meeting.
- Email: if you write to me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system and pages requested. The hosting provider records this in server logs for security and operation of the site.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): pages visited, time on page, clicks, scroll, approximate location (country/city), traffic source, and anonymized session recordings and heatmaps.
I do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.) through the form, the booking question or email.

I do not sell your personal data, I do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you, and I do not send you marketing emails unless you explicitly ask for them.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses:
- Strictly necessary storage: saves your language preference and your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage). This does not require consent.
- Analytics cookies and scripts (optional): Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Metricool. These only load if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you reject them, they are not loaded.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Service providers
To operate the site I use the following providers, who process data on my behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and server logs.
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact form messages to my inbox.
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Calendar (call booking) and Google Analytics (analytics, with consent).
- Microsoft Corporation (USA) — Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings, with consent).
- Metricool Software S.L. (Spain) — traffic analytics (with consent).
I share data only to the extent needed for these purposes, or when required by law or a valid order from a competent authority.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside Argentina and outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In those cases transfers rely on the safeguards offered by each provider, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
How long data is kept
- Contact messages and emails: up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless we start working together, in which case they are kept for as long as the professional relationship lasts and any legal obligation requires.
- Booking data: as long as the calendar event exists, and in any case no longer than 24 months.
- Analytics data: according to each tool's retention settings, up to a maximum of 14 months for Google Analytics; Clarity and Metricool according to their standard retention.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider's standard retention.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent for analytics, without affecting processing done before.
Write to me@pabloangelveliz.com. I will reply within the deadlines set by applicable law (in any case, within 30 days). I may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
Argentina: as the data subject, you have the right to access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven (Art. 14, para. 3, Law 25.326). The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Supervisory Authority of Law 25.326, has the power to address complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
European Economic Area / United Kingdom: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
United States: I do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) can exercise the rights of access, correction and deletion by writing to the address above. You will not be discriminated against for exercising them.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site, anti-spam protections on the form, and access to the inbox and calendar restricted to me. No system is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. It is not directed at people under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent me data, write to me and I will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the site or the tools it uses change. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
